Business Traffic Purchasing: Do you Cap impressions/users

When buying traffic, how many times/day do you show the same advertisement to the same user? (Frequency Capping)
I am randomly selecting 3 times but would like to know what others do

I stick with 24hour unique

3/24hour seems like a waste to me.

I'd go for a much lower frequency. By default, our skimmed traffic is sold on a 1/30day basis, and popunders on a 1/10day.
