    Maybe it's time for a GFY rule change AGAINST PIRATES...(POLL)

    This is the forum "Where the industry meets" right?

    Well maybe it's time "The Industry" no longer includes pirates and posters that make overtly pro-piracy remarks.

    Anyone with me on this?

          I've heard a couple of people running file lockers claim this, thought it was just some bullshit they were trying to discredit him with. Is there proof?

          As for the OP, I agree. Anyone who is proven to own/ run a piracy based website shouldnt be here.

                              Considering Scrolldog is financed/operated by 1 of the File Locker owners AK has been all over makes it less then credible.

                              When you add that scrolldog himself has been convicted of both criminal copyright infringement and continues to be directly involved in selling premium/vip accounts on file sharing forum. Add to that his conviction for sexual offenses involving a minor and you begin to question anything posted there.

                              He actively attacks anyone involved in disrupting the File Locker/Online Digital Piracy Eco-system, myself and the company I work for included, we are direct threats to his wallet/bank account and his freedom.

                              Being he has been incognito for a short period of time 1 may assume he has run into more issues with Law again. Perhaps another unpaid fine or a probation violation has his undivided attention at the moment.

                              Back to the OP's question you will not see a rule such as you suggest on this and many other sites and if 1 is written it will not be enforced or selectively enforced sadly.

                                      Probably not gonna happen,especially these days where what normally would cause people insta banned,they just edit their bad posts.But that is paradox of this board-if we go to piracy board,we'll end banned.If we go to religion board,we'll end banned.But if they come here,nothing happens.

They let the pirates skin the board for fucks sake. In fact some question whether the board is secretly owned by pirates. It's not going to happen.

                                                      Even then realize that 90% of the top 20 companies in adult probably do 50%+ of their business with pirates. Why do you think the industry has been in a downturn? It's no coincidence. Unfortunately most of the owners of these organizations have degrees in hookers and blow rather than business.

                                                              Tubes. On another forum one popular affiliate program claimed 90% of their busienss comes from the major tubes. The difference between a tube and a file locker is mainly the presentation. Some are better than others in that they handle DMCAs but many of them play games like banning people who make DMCA claims or re-posting material taken down under another account.

                                                              Any major tube without a repeat infringer policy with teeth is basically a pirate in a suit.

                                                                  good point - but we can pressure the tubes into compliance - we are in many cases and its working..Why roll over and continue to take it in the ass?

                                                                      To be honest I've personally left the paysite area of the industry almost completely. I think it's too late barring global law changes. But I applaud anyone who has the balls to try and trudge on. I support you but I'm done banging my head against the wall and generating 200,000 impressions on my sites to make one sale because they can get it all for free elsewhere.

                                                                      You have a hell of a battle ahead of you because I tell you the truth most of the people at the top are in bed with the pirates. It's been this way for half a decade at least and it only gets worse every year. The difference now is that some of these pirates are collapsing now under their own "success".

                                                                                                                          Update to this, ScrollDog/Richard J Humphrey/To0 is in prison now for violations to his parole, as of now this is speculation but it appears to be related to his offenses against a minor.

What's new is that pirates have been able to operated undisturbed for so long that they actually feel victimized by people like me who track down their real names and home address' and go far beyond what weak pathetic DMCA can do... some of these pirates have forgotten that they are doing anything wrong.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  There is no debate - we don't disagree on how much traffic you can push. But yes models have cried and that's factual, especially when their real names are cross referenced as AKA - for each model you have sent mass traffic to (very few of those are actually partners in their solo site) how many have not even had a chance to get a site of their own due to too many freeones links - as a solo model scout since the early days thats always been the main criteria "How much free promo content is on freeones" that is the litmus test for if a model can make money with a site.

I do fully agree on the real name part though, that's something the owner thought was a good idea. We as a team were able to get that out eventually, again no self pat.
