I need a programmer cms guy USA based

Building a network of sites i need someone to replace the guy who keeps vanishing. Taking way too long. I need them to be able to do the following

Slice up pages made by designers
put the pages together link up members area to how i need.
help with maintentnce as needed

I prefer someone who is US based who i dont have to pray i can reach Its simple sites and site management I need assistance with hit me up

Those are three different jobs/skill sets. If anyone tells you they can do all three at a top level, they are either lying or are going to flake out quickly. Each one of them is in a different price bracket. A programmer is not going to do site maintenance for site maintenance wages, etc. etc.

It sounds to me like what you really need is a project manager, who can then get those three people on a needs basis.
