hahah....so, where, "have you lived in the world" ? manhattan, oslo, amsterdam, copenhagen, san francisco ?

But for the rest of countries of the world i am quite sure you could afford what you just mentioned.Plus in my country people go to international holidays with much lower salaries, they simply take a loan for it.

for most of these countries that you cited, it wouldnt be low. just average...maybe except norway, denmark and switzerland

as for me - anything above 800-1000 usd/ monthly goes to savings.... and I can live with that in 90 % of world countries ;-) but i dont demand "luxury" lifestyle and i'm single

but there's nothing wrong with two incomes if you don't mind spending time on both.

I'l say it depend on your lifestyle -for example,it is common at webmasters how they want to find a part-time or even full-time job simply because this become too-boring after initial excitement, and not because of additional income.

Australia, Germany, Austria. Worked/ travelled in a fair bit of western Europe and parts of the west coast of the US as well. From 2000 to 2004. Was touring with bands and festivals, and working on film and tv sets.

There is absolutely no way you could live on 800 a month in Australia.

Where do you live?

My fuel bill each month is half your budget

Didn't make it to Spain, was supposed to do some stage work down there but ended up on a festival in France. When I was in Europe I travelled a lot, stayed in hotels and motels a lot, mostly ate out, not in one place long enough to hunt deals or anything like that.
In Australia, well, lets just say travel costs and distances are a little bigger.

There are only 4-5 contries in Europe with average net salaries higher than $3000

yeah, i know what you mean... yet, it doesnt make France as country where u can live with at least 2200 euros/ month...you got lifestyle as almost rockstar ;-) and you paid for it

i even dont bother to go to hostal(cheap hotel, yet no hostel) here in Spain...why pay 20-30 euros for room per day when you can get something decent in spanish flat (private room with kitchen included) with spanish people under 10 euros/ day ;-)

Honestly if you can't live in the US for $3k then you are doing it wrong. Yea sure you aren't gonna live for $3k in New York City, Boston , LA or any other hot spot, due to housing costs. However it's not hard to live in the US for that money.

This is such a misconception. You cannot "live like a king" for low amounts of money in developing countries. In most of these countries, luxury living costs just as much as more expensive, "western" countries.

"Living like a king" doesn't mean living in the biggest local-style house in a middle class neighborhood and hooking all your friends up with 25 cent beers at the local pub.

Cars and electronics will cost as much if not more than other countries, nevermind travel... "Living like a king" on $100/day is great until you realize a flight out of your shithole country is going to cost you a months wage.

I have a friend from Kenya, he goes back to visit every year. He says it's very poor there, but as you said, living like a king will still take around $10,000 a month or more. Cars are extremely expensive. Safe neighborhoods are expensive. Payoffs are expensive. The list goes on and on.

Obviously living like a king in New York City is going to have a different price than living like a king in Salt Lake City Utah, but living like a king in Austin, is probably not too much different than living like a king in San Jose, Costa Rica.

It would not be above average for some of those (Italy for example, especially Southern) and it would be average for some of those as well.

nitemoves 02-13-2014 10:21 AM

Dating sites definitely worked for me :thumbsup although there is much more competition nowadays that there was a few years ago.
Just make sure u have a good looking front page and try to keep it updated with content. Getting the traffic there is the hard thing although there are plenty of free Banner Exchange sites and link sites out there to help you if your advertising budget isn't much.

You can start with something small and work up big.

The first month of X Copywriters launching, I worked my ass off for $400. It felt shit to be paid so little with so much investment. I'm not talking 8 hour days here either: when I wasn't sleeping, I was on the PC, reaching out and trying to improve my situation. I knew it wasn't going to be rainbows and butterflies from the get go, but I stuck to it because I wanted a future that wasn't salary capped.

Six months later? Different story. Since Feb 1st, I've signed and sealed around $6,000 in contracts. I'm 22 years old.

There's a luxury associated with not having to go to work each day with people you don't like in clothes that don't fit doing bullshit you don't care about.

If you'd have offered me $50k a year for some desk job at the start of last year, I'd have probably taken it. Would it have been a good idea? Sure. But some people don't want that lifestyle. Some want growth that they control, not what the person in charge of bonuses and promotions controls.

first month in the content biz I made $600

money biz 02-13-2014 11:12 AM

3k a month in the usa is good money with no kids, paid off car, and no addictions.

0.25 for a beer ? or you mean in 0.25 bottles LOL ? beer here costs around $1 on street boxes and in pubs could be well upto $4 depending on the place for 0.5 litres

$3000 is not the lowest salary in France, Germany or Italy. Minimum salary in Spain is less than $1000/month.

That's 30$ a month per site,aka 2 sales monthly per domain.But also quite a high cost on domains,9.25x100=925$ yearly.

I'm looking for a water proof way to make $100 a day after six month of work.
I can put in $150, 3 hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Pros:
- I can design pretty much anything. I was working fulltime as one of eleven designers for one of the bigger studios for two yrs, and fulltime for a mid size program for five yrs.
(Side note: My main income was $1500/week, and upon that i made another $3-5000/month on my side projects. so i made around $10k/month (> insert > Cher- If i could turn back time).
By the way, Mallick took my last hard earned $12k and went to Hollywood to make a crappy movie. Thank you, chris! :) )
I have designed 250+ paysites, 1000's of galleries, and probably a zillion banners.
- I never give up. I work consistently, no matter who boring it gets. If i set a goal, i try to reach that, no matter what.
(Side note: I've been with the same woman for 22 yrs (> insert > Rick astley-Never gonna give you up), We have five beautiful children. Having sex with my wife is like throwing a hot dog into the grand canyon, but i never give up. I stick in there, and do my best to make her feel like having sex with her is something i really enjoy. :winkwink: )

Cons:
- My english sucks.
- All i can spend is $150. I know it's not much, but that's pretty much all i can afford at this moment.

$100 a day wont make a living, but i have a ragular day job to. I'm looking to make another $100 extra a day.

Any tips?

Submit a gallery per day to all the tgps and feed the sponsor directly as well as a tour of your own for that sponsor. Pick a sponsor with little to no competition.

We provide image sets and clips if you want to give us a try as we have very little competition, if anything, we have imitators.
