They holding my payments 45 days even I explained them my traffic source.
Many people here have same problem with bobga. They are biggest cam scam aff program in the web.

The story is always the same - posts like this are always made by the people with low quality or fraudulent registrations. Their traffic is ALWAYS sent to PerSignup campaigns and usually does only one thing: it completes the registration form and then it's gone..

For fact, we have the highest PerSignup rates - like it or not, but webmasters are making a lot of money through our affiliate program.

Funny how it is only your program tho.There are litteraly no complains for other camsites and you allways just find the "fraud" right before payout.But surely not your fault,its 100% of the sime the affiliates trying to fraud you

Though I cannot suggest you any particular webcam program that has Russian or Norwegian cams only, I'm sure you could find some that could convert traffic from those countries, on the link bellow. The list contains over 100 cam affiliate programs.
