Is it POSSIBLE to get an acceptable CTR on google adwords?
Though I've only tried them a few times, some with adult and most recently with mainstream, I just can't get my fucking CTR's above 0.5%. Anyone got any tips?

Try re-writing your add to make it more appealing and make sure your keywords show in your ad so that they're highlighted.
