    is fatcow a good merchant account provider?

    im trying to build a website with a shopping car and fatcow has a deal for 40 dollars a year

      Fatcow is simply a web hosting provider. They are not a merchant provider.
      The $40 is for hosting, design templates and a shopping cart. They do not provide payment processing services. If they do offer it, its a referral to a third party service.
