Well one company is now doing banking again there,kind a strange considering they went to Austria then Latvia to return there again,they must offering something very special to return after this shit.

a good friend of mine who's a lawyer and law firm he works for has lot of experience with doing business with Cyprus - he told me that after that move lots of shady banks were closed and only good ones remained... so he says it's safe to use it for banking again... you just need to pick some reputable big bank... so this is the reason why he (and many other) have returned...
