Do you use twitter cards?
If you do, you would know what this is. Does it have any impact on your followers? I am using on several accounts but can't tell the difference, yet... Except the visual one for tweets... Do you believe it would drive more traffic, or it will keep visitors on twitter instead of visiting your sites?
