Panama doesn't look like all fun and games for Justin Bieber.

The 19-year-old crooner's mentor, Usher, and manager, Scooter Braun, headed south of the border this weekend to spend time with him and perhaps chat about his Miami arrest for DUI and drag racing.

Bieber was first spotted on Saturday relaxing with his entourage in Punta Chame, a beach town on the Gulf of Panama. Justin's new gal pal, Chantel Jeffries, 21, who was with him in his rented Lamborghini at the time of his arrest, was also spotted on the getaway.

Naturally, plenty of Beliebers in Panama have been tracking the popstar's every move and have been documenting it on Twitter. Usher, 35, was photographed this weekend arriving at Bieber's abode and embracing him in a hug.

Bieber isnt doing anything any normal 19 year old does. When I was 19 I did much worse shit then he is doing. He is just under a huge microscope because he is famous. Big deal. He went fast in a car with a hot girl. He drank a little and smoked some pot. I drove like a complete dick when I was 19. Smoke pot, drank etc... I just didn't have Cameras watching and I was smart enough not to get caught by the police. I am sure the Yellow Lamborghini doesnt help.

Scooter is a good dude. My wife works with his mother. He has a lot of other good acts. He should be glad he doesn't rely fully on Bieber anymore. But hes made some serious bank off of him.
