This guy Ruben is really a piece of work.

During a year time I have sent to Femjoy/Joymii around 15k traffic mostly from galleries listed on my blog. I had one sale in 15k (I also do not promote Femjoy that much due to old content about 1 gallery per month) but this is what I got from Ruben:

We have plenty of patience for niche-focused affiliates with
low traffic but good conversions, or secondarily for
high-volume affiliates with not-so-good conversion (but
enough volume to still make a lot actual sales). What we're
not ok with are affiliates who throw traffic at us that
just doesn't convert. That isn't good for anyone; you're
tossing your traffic away, hammering our bandwidth,
undermining our brand, and saturating the market,
(consequently impacting natural sales and the efforts
of other affiliates).

So if I'm sending traffic from my galleries to Femjoy it means that undermining, saturating , hammering and in general do all the bad things possible to Femjoy/Joymii ?!?!?!

Yeah it's quite bad the conversion rate but it's the same traffic that converts to other sponsors. They send galleries listed in 2010 , what conversions could one expect ?

I'm not the type of person to make a big fuss over everything but If there is an industry gap in conversions for both affiliates and sponsors , well we might say that at least some of the blame comes from the sponsors also who get greedy and lazy because they don't want to deal with small affiliates thus loosing a lot of cash

Given that you are converting at 1:15,000, it may be mutually beneficial to agree to discontinue your affiliate relationship, then accept their banner / link advertising offer. Chances are you'd make more with them with their direct advertising buys than via the affiliate model.

Of course, this will not solve any of your issues with existing links on sites you cannot control, but if you're being paid for direct advertising, it would likely generate more revenue for you than you are currently doing with FemJoy anyway.

A very simple, yet very effective plugin for Searching and Replacing within a WordPress database is via this plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/search-and-replace/

Like anything though when it comes to db's... best to take a backup of it before running it because there is no "undo" option.

I'm fairly certain most limit the amount of pics you can use for a gallery. Some, like Twistys, had a maximum 20 pic limit. Others, like DDG, had a strict no genitals or explicit content to be used -- and i think they limited to 16 pics. I assume most have reasonable limits on gallery content.

If I recall though, didn't the "Apple Twins" program take it one step further and let you use a couple of samples at a time, and then you could remove those samples and use a couple of others? I may be mistaken, as I never promoted them, but recall there were several threads of various issues regarding their promotion.

I never used more than 12 pics , the more you give on your site the less will want to visit the sponsor's site .. .just my opinion. Mplstudios for example gives only 12 per gallery.

They used to have a rule - you could only use a handful of FHGs at a time per site. They abandoned this rule before Joymii launched. They let affiliates put up as many FHGs as they wanted. Any overexposure or saturation is the fault of FemjoyCash.

They need to do is go back to this rule and then suspend only the affiliates who abuse it.

And then get rid of their user uploaded tube channels.

Ruben is doing the best he can with company mandate and official docs. He's just trying to do his job, but getting shit from all direction from being inundated with affiliate requests, and company statements he can't stray too much from. We're never in our best form when we got a hundred emails to answer all at once.

He will earn your respect in time as he grows into the position and is given more authority.

If you're promoting met-art, hegre, etc, and they are performing better for you, perhaps there is something we can both learn from what is working, or IF IT IS BETTER USE OF YOUR ENERGY, PROMOTE SOMETHING ELSE. It's a business decision we want our affiliates to make.

Michael, first of all , Ruben contacted me. I've never sent any email to Femjoy Affiliate Department, all I need I can get from the webmasters area.

Second thing, you can that that if I brought 15000 clicked traffic from Femjoy Galleries listed on my site , I'm hammering the bandwidth and do more harm than good ....

It's not the business decisions you want affiliates to make but rather you're forcing affiliates to make the decision to promote something else.

Tell me, what is wrong with me as an affiliate to put a gallery from Femjoy every week on my blog? Do you think your content will get over saturated ? What about all the videos you have on the big tubes? Aren't they over saturating the brand? Do send email to Youporn (or other tubes) and say "try promoting someone else because your conversion rate is below our standard" ?
