The state has a different level for "DUI" for people under the age of 21. That is pretty fucked up.
When I grew up in Fla. the drinking age WAS 18 and the alcohol level was much higher (I think it was something like .14 back then) for ALL adults. That's damn near age discrimination against an adult.
I agree Bieber is pretty dumb for doing things like this at a time when the cops have a hard on for him everywhere he goes.

How can they do that? I still don't understand how the govt. can tell a legal age adult that they can't have a drink to begin with.
And here in Vegas...a legal age adult (18, 19, 20 years old) can't gamble or even get a hotel room at a casino!
WTF? So a man could be 19 years old, have a wife and kid, own a home and a car...but can't have a drink legally. And if he does...he is held to a different standard than a 21 year old.
It's just amazing how much the govt. has slowly taken over every damn aspect of life. I guess as they just keep on passing new laws every year for decades and centuries it just creeps up like weeds.
And then if you get people in govt. that DON'T pass new laws...they are accused of "doing nothing".
I've come to the belief that we have too MANY damn laws already. And we need some legislators to get in there and start taking a lot of laws down.

It's just weird to me how we treat grown men and women like they are children.
Hell, a century ago a 14 year old was pretty much a man. These days? A 34 year old is likely still living with his parents.
If you are of legal age...old enough to vote, sign legal documents, go die in war...then the govt. shouldn't be telling you that you can't have a drink, or anything else that any other legal adult can do.
Could you imagine the law suits if this were attempted on senior citizens? Age discrimination would be instantly pulled out.
And ironically...a guy who is 20 years old can definitely handle their liquor better than some 70 year old drunk.
Being in bands for all the years I played clubs...we would go in to set up gear in the early afternoon. And there would always be a few OLD guys drinking in the bar during the day. And man they were WASTED. lol-Robbie

Drag racing is just something that a lot of young guys do. I did it. My dad did it. (In Lakeland Fla. is where I did it heh-heh)
