    Payoneer you got paid emails

Why did Payoneer stop sending emails when you receive a payment? This happened about 6 months ago I think. It is anoying to check if anyone send the payment and confirm it all the time.

I guess it is to squeeze extra $3 per payment from people by making them choose automatic load option.

Interesting. I don't. Only when the money is actually loaded. They aren't in my spam folder either. Also, nowhere to set this in their preferences.

I do get emails when the money is actually on the account (about 2 days after I confirm paymant) and I do get warning emails when I make a large purchase, but I do not get emails informing me a payment has been sent to my account. They are also not in spam. Very strange.

This is really strange. I spoke with their support and it works fine on their end. I am simply not getting emails about loads, they are nowhere to be found in my gmail.

Any ideas why only those emails would not arrive, all the others do?

At some point you probably checked the box to receive instant load.

No, I did not. I still need to go into account and load manually.

Yes, very. Support yesterday resent both "money sent" email and actual load notification. I got the load notification, but not the money sent email. This is always the case.

Actually, I don't pay for the money load, I just wait one day more and it is free. I have found an EUR ATM that charges nothing to withdraw the money and converts USD to EUR at great rate, almost no commision. The only problem is 1% they take with every transaction, but I would need to pay that anyway if I would take USD payments to my EUR account.

I also go to US often and USD comes handy than, I don't need to change my EUR in USD, so I save some there.

Overall, Payoneer is great. I have also used their support for the first time yesterday and it was great.
