Any Windows Live Mail experts in the house? Also, which program can...
I need to extract email addys from folders - in outlook express this was pretty easy, I could open up the foldername.dbx in notepad, and run that .txt file through my email extractor.
Seems with this cunt of a piece of software, there isn't 1 folder that has the entire inbox in, rather, each individual message is stored as an .eml file - is there anywhere I'm not seeing that has the entire contents of the inbox in 1 file? Workaround: select all .eml files, batch copy/paste into 1 text file - which program can do this, if that's what I need to do? edited to add: I know less than the average 4 year old about cron jobs, GET thingos, or any other code whatsoever, so cna't do this on my own, I'd 100% need a piece of software to do that batch copy/paste > 1 file |

Make a work folder on your computer.
Export the mail from live mail in live mail format to the work folder. Go out to DOS. (Windows command line) and navigate to the folder. Then use command copy *.eml newfilename.eml Now all the emails you expported will be merged together in newfilename.eml and you can run your extractor against that. |
