Google in NATS affliate's referral stats?

does anyone know why google shows up in my affiliate's referral stats in NATS, I have it with many programs

reason I ask is because I now have a paysite program thinking I buy keywords in google, which I don't, I mean I'm pretty sure it would be a small miracle to make a positive return on doing that these days

Google listed a link code.... happens sometimes. Doesn't usually last long though, then they end up picking up another.

that's what I thought, used to happen much more in the olden days

although these days it seems to come more from the image search than the normal serps
