My wait was 45 minutes this year. Which I believe is the longest I have ever had to wait, although every year is long.
That being said, true to form, my room is bumped again which is becoming an annual tradition making this year three. At the time of my check in, it was either smoking rooms in casino tower, or get bumped over to a non-smoking in HRH (or wait for one to become available in casino) later in the day. So I opted for HRH tower instead.
Lastly, every year I am told that whatever tower I am getting bumped too is the best in the hotel. I guess this must be a company line at the front desk. Last year I was bumped from Paradise to a Casino suite, and told the same yoke. First night, heater did not work and it was 40-50 degrees out. This year, told the same stuff about HRH. I get to the room, and it's pretty much a standard hotel room.
