I used them for tweaks on my Wordpress sites and they were very good comparing to some gurus recommended on GFY.

I have never used their fixed price services. I used them for small changes in Wordpress themes and the price is usually $40. What I really liked about them - they answer emails and finish the job unlike many others I have tried.
However if you can recommend someone good and cheaper - please go ahead, I will gladly save a few bucks
