On google app or gmail, you can set it up "show if unread" and so it jump to your face when you have some, so for me I take a look every time I see it.

How many spam emails do you get per month? Asking because if you get hundreds it may be difficult to spot real ones unless you spend some actual time and looking carefully.

not sure if you noticed but most of us work in porn - that means that even legit mails sometimes get falsely flagged as spam due to certain words...
