because 'Merica is obsessed with black and white, constantly. Listen to any black standup comic - 90% of the jokes are black vs white. They are trying to be lighthearted, but constantly concentrating on skin color is what they do, the media does it also all the time, etc. It actually makes the people also obsess over skin color. Like when obama became president. It wasn't news that the elected president was a democrat instead of a republican, it wasn't news what his political agenda was, the only news from American media that spread across the globe was that 'it's the first black president'. OP what is really sad is your betrayed tone, as if this was a new occurrence. This has been going on for years. Can you not see it all around you?
Ask any policeperson you are genuinely friends with, in a private moment, and they will tell you that they simply don't record the majority of assaults against white people. Don't listen to the internet know-it-alls on here, go ask for yourself. 30 seconds on google turns up...

i personally don't give a shit about racism or anyone's emotional bullshit, blame games etc. This guy however deserves to be under the prison. He not only did what he did... but it was premeditated and he was very clear that it was 100% about race alone. Anyone that attacks a helpless person needs to be removed from the gene pool... period. Kids today are so far beyond idiotic that it simply defies logic. What I'm asking you is, do you believe that this murderer, who said, "I hate white people" and the above quote in front of numerous witnesses directly before and during his attack should be prosecuted under hate crime laws for killing a 62 year old man based on his race? You said the laws should be enforced equally, do you disagree with the decision not to prosecute this as a hate crime?
