This isn't anything new. There's certainly nothing wrong with having your traffic source on the side. I'm sure most companies would prefer it. Sure it's tgp traffic, but there are some people who's studied this traffic and know how to convert it.

There are quite a few 'small' companies that are making a fortune off their own tgp, and it's traffic, by sending it to their own paysites. You just don't hear about it.

To be honest, i believe it's in the best interest of any company to really study and learn this traffic for obvious reasons....one of them being, there's so much of it around and it's easy to get.
It just makes sense in my opinion.
