Like Politics, each side has its own extremists that waste huge chunks of their lives trolling the opposition into retaliating with arguments that can be picked apart.

Meanwhile, the fact is that human beings are capable of manipulating nature into becoming the technological components of limited forms of virtual reality.

When Mankind achieves replicating the Natural Universe with a Virtual Universe, you then have a viable scientific explanation for what created the Natural Universe and how it came to be populated with human beings.

That is when genuine atheists and genuine theists will find common ground, while all these militant atheists and pseudo religionists will be left standing with their thumbs up their buttholes because they were too busy picking fights instead of putting 2 + 2 together.

The joke is on the atheist. Not believing so strongly is no different than believing so strongly. One says an absolute no, one says an absolute yes. Both absolutes that cannot be proven.

90% of the world believes in a higher power. Does that mean there is a higher power? No, but it does make you wonder.

Stop hating and learn about each others beliefs. You just might become a better person along the way, religious or not.

i don't waste my time worrying about if a god exists. there is no way to ever know so why bother? i will celebrate christmas however jesus has nothing to do with it for me. its about family and fun.

You can not legally run for office in some states if you are an atheist.

"non believers" do face discrimination and persecution and through generous tax breaks to churches end up funding religion.

I would love to see the "church of no god" apply for and get to pay no taxes including property taxes.

Atheists are the most hated group in America. I think that makes them/ us a bit paranoid and militant. I think most atheists would switch in a second with proof. There are tons of gods and belief systems, I am not sure that studying them helps anyone.

I'm not an extreme atheist. If people think that life with god is pretty they should keep believing. The truth is that most people don't have the guts to stop believing, they need to believe in something to justify things.

We humans don't have all the answers and we should stop trying to understand everything.

It's super simple: I only believe in what I see and touch or in what technology has proven to exist through microscopes and telescopes.

Ignorance and lack of information is what makes me mad.

I'm as mad as hell and I'm not gonna take this anymore.
