I've seen this show all of one time, but with all the drama I noticed over on a reddit post, that the 4 brothers were very much clean shaven, preppy jocks in high school. They looked nothing like their so called redneck identities they now have on TV.

The issue isn't that he dislikes gay people (and compared homosexuality to beastiality). Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and can really say anything they want.

However, he's under contract with A&E, and A&E has slapped his wrist for violating the terms of the contract.

Yea but the lack of threat of arrest kinda takes the sting out of it..who knows though, maybe A&E could hire some off duty LA cops to rough him up a bit to make it seem more legit.
