I would only say 3 words: Homeland Security Act

The US chose to spy on close to everyone and that might lead to a lot of problems in the future. You are aware that most adult sites offer free porn in one form or another annd that this is indeed illegal in the US. I would say hosting in Holland would be a good thing because they are the most liberal country in the world when it comes to adult stuff.

I totally agree with you - however, Denmark has a better legislation for adult than Holland :-)
