    GFY, Eric, Theo, WTF ?

    You guys are gonna give me a heart attack. dammit.

    I refreshed the screen and a big old video window opens up and starts loading shit.

    Thought I had been hacked or something.

    Cool effect there if I had been aware of it before hand...lol. As it was though it made me jump pretty fucking good.

              It's pretty good ad space but at least cap it, once I see it and click the X, I don't need to see it again and again. I'm sure it's just a small issue tho and it will be capped to at the most one time per day.

                          Hint: all these big ads and banners just don't work. Yeah, at least for webmasters (we have a strong immunity for all that shit). The best way to promote something on GFY is a sig. spot. Not just someones sig spot. Bots who made their 50,000+ posts commenting in every thread with "cool", "she's hot", "sexy", "i'd hit it", "lol" etc, are absolutely useless because everybody just skips their "wise comments". Only those who always argue and make dramas get their signatures clicked, because everybody thinks: "ok asshole, now let me see your websites..."

I've seen this type of ad before on many other sites, and since lately GFY has been trying out new things it came as no surprise at all. Plus I know my system, and know when something like this is malware related. If it were, it would no doubt be happening when I hit other sites, including my own even. Virus's and malware don't descriminate. To me it was obviously a new form of ad on here.

                                                                                                                                              I have not seen it since I posted this thread yesterday. In about 25 minutes it will have been 24 hours. So, it appears to be working to me. So, maybe some browser, cookie issues going on somewhere for you AK.

                                                                                                                                              I should see it again if I check back in an hour or so.

                                                                                                                                                          If I click in a thread after seeing it then click my back button, I get the video again for a second time then not again until 24 hours later. Seems like a small issue with back button, I'm sure it is easy to fix.
