I doubt they could, by looking, if they were not knowledgeable of the biz...but with 2257 / releases, then I'd think that would be a clear cut way to diffuse the situation.
Essentially the same as "hacked from FB" type sites, that are bought/licensed content.

You are probably right, I think were the real problem comes in are the real revenge porn sites who ask money to have the girls pictures removed. Its basically the same racket as those mugshots sites, where they would post your mugshot him one site and then you'd have to pay another side to have it removed.
