Without knowing the subscription ID to give you a 100% absolute answer, my best guess is that you had a signup from a trial joins.
They show an initial charge of $0.00, then rebill if the customer does not cancel the subscription. You can see an example of one by visiting SexArt, and looking at the red Free Access button on the right.

All of the sites in our network have the Free Access tab. If one of your referred surfers joins through it, it is reflected on your account, both at time of free join, and if it rebills.
It's very clear on the join process that it is a 1 day trial, with the rebilling rate reflected.
Looking at the subscription ID that you provided, I do see that your affiliate ID was credited with the rebill.
We do pre-authorize their card at the time of free join. If they cancel before the free time is over, then the hold on those funds is released. Cancellation is very easy, and if they can't do it themselves, we have a support staff that offers nearly 24/7 coverage with response times monitored by me. Coverage is not true 24/7, as we have some gaps of 5 hours or so on the weekend.

It wasn't so much that I had questions, but rather shock at Met-Art resorting to this.
Well, if it increases your current level of sales, then hooray. I guess I shouldn't complain if I just made a sale.
But ...... your company needs to stop fixating on network expansion and pitching incentives for buying into the Flagship title for reasons other than the content. Multi-site discounts. Non-network site bundles. Cams. It reeks of over compensation.
It would only help sales to scrap that onslaught of a tour page. It bombards the surfer with way too many "snippets" of information in different colored, different sized fonts. There's not even one decent sized photo of a model except for the intro, but most of her body is cropped out to make room for a giant argument about why you should buy a subscription and some award icons. Again, more over compensation.
All the above exudes lack of confidence in your own product and it is literally manifesting in your webpage design..
