Has anyone here set up a commercial account with them? And if so how long did it take to get a response from them, and it all set up?

Also if someone can tell what papers do you actualy need to open an commercial account. (like company papers, id copy etc.) or just a signed contract ? -
perhaps the delay in getting a response is actually a subtle hint on what you may expect from them in future dealings.

I think Epassporte will make it a lot easier on webmasters once it's in full swing. Right now I think it's fairly new. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Any query put to them directly by e-mail is normally answered within 15 minutes; this has been my experience at least.Comment

We set up our commercial account for spotbrokers.com in a matter of a day or two -- the ONLY thing that is ever a delay that we've noticed is the wire transfer into our account itself, and that is due to the fact that it goes in via a bank in NY and then on to the epassporte bank, which sometimes causes the wire to be held up over night in NY.
As far as the contract goes, you will need to sign it and provide a copy of an id, yes.Comment

Well I did email Rand Friday. And then Rand and customer service I believe yesterday morning. And then commercial accounts last night.
Just so you know, I didn't receive a reply from anyone within 15 mins. I didn't receive a reply at all.
