    Party people: when to go to Ibiza?

    Hi!

    So next year we are finally planning to visit Ibiza. Any idea when to go? I read that there are way too many people in August. I'm thinking about late May - early June or September.. that's when the bigger clubs are opening/closing..

          June is the perfect month. Been a few times in June and it's always been great.

          July and most of August in Ibiza can be a nightmare. It's like a totally different place. And there seems to be more people that are cunts those months aswell.

          September for the closing parties is usually fun aswell!

                          Just what I thought.. also some must things to do over there?
                          For starters I want to rent a car and see the whole Island, just like a did in Test Drive Unlimited 2 :D

                                                  i love ibiza, went there about 3 years ago and then again 2x this summer

                                                  if you want to be by the action/clubs, you need to stay in Sant Josep or San Antonio

                                                  other than the big cities, most of the rest of the island is countryside/rolling hills

                                                  anytime in the summer months, i dont think you can go wrong
                                                  If you need a good company for check writing services, then check out checkissuing, and for webhosting, check out Phoenix NAP

                                                                  The clubs aren't the best on the Island by any means, but i've had more than a few amazing nights in them over the years.

                                                                  So yeah i'd still say they were worth checking out. Again, if they aren't packed to the rafters then you can enjoy your night more. But that's the same rule for anywhere really...

                                                                          bring your own girls and you'll be fine...ratio was around 70/30, the clubs reminded me of rocky point, mx a vacation spot where you have lots of wolf-packs of young guys looking to get laid on their vacation...i used to be one of those guys

                                                                          it was funny actually, the entire time, there were at least 1-3 guys waiting until i stepped away to hit on the girl i was with, a few of them did it right in front of me

                                                                              Avoid San Antonio at all costs! Unless you are a teenage beer & tequila drinker. It's a cheap shit-hole off a place overrun with British teenagers (I should know, I used to be one of them). Ibiza has sooo much more to offer.
                                                                              And I'd also avoid August if you can.
                                                                              There are a million apartments just like this you should look into.

I mean I would love to book a nice villa and everything, but for two people the costs are pretty high We usually just go to hotels (booking them for ourselves - if going to EU, or going through an agency - if going outside EU).

                                                                                                      Unless you plan on bringing lots of people back to your place for after parties I wouldn't bother with any fancy/expensive accommodation. It's Ibiza, you're barely going to be at home :-)

Some folk book a season in advance so the groovy stuff goes early. Also check out airbnb.com

                                                                                                                  I like Botafoch and Ibiza town. Botfoch is right by Pacha & has an awesome beach and marina a short walk away. It's also a short drive to Ibiza town
                                                                                                                  I def recommend you hire a car if you want to see the Island. There are lots of taxis (legal and illegal) available but having a car gives you sooo much more freedom to explore. Check out beaches like La Salinas, Playa Den Bossa and Cala Mastella. Truly epic.

Best thing is to pick a car up from the airport. But book in advance to avoid the queues and any disappointment on availability. There are a few car hire comps to pick from.

                                                                                                                                              It is the British part of the deal. They tend to be everywhere but it is worse in San Antonio. The town is cooler though in that it is smaller and more quaint. You then have to drive every night to get to Pacha or wherever.
