This is another one that will send in a bunch of signups, take his money but then they all charge back as fraudulent a few months later. We've had 100% chargebacks from this guy
This is the second one of these we have identified in the last few months. They seem to be able to get past the usual scrub routines that processors use so theres no real way of spotting them until you start seeing the chargebacks come in.
