rent a VPS or server with 1 GBPS port... use some remote desktop software and there you go...
can't get cheaper and faster than that... Here's a quite cheap DigitalOcean SSD VPS just take Ubuntu, and use TightVNC on Windows to access it... here's the tutorial/guide https://www.digitalocean.com/communi...-for-ubuntu-12 if you need help setting it up - let me know...
