I just found out my best friend lost his health insurance and has looked and he is losing his doctor and getting a policy that will cost twice as much with a much higher deductible.

I saw a recent interview with Ted Cruz and the guy is so pleased with himself it is almost nauseating. The interviewer actually took him to task about some of the budget issues, government shutdown etc. He pointed out that Cruz is the person in power to actually make changes. He can choose to change how Washington works and how things happen, but he isn't Cruz just smiled smugly and chided the guy for scolding him.Comment

I'm in wait and see mode when it comes to Obamacare. I am one of those people who had their policy canceled, but I should be able to get better insurance for not much more money in January. I have a feeling many of the people that are losing their policies now will be in the same boat. So I am not going to damn it just yet. We won't really know how well it will work or how bad it could be for at least another year as people get insurance and those without insurance now enter the system and we can see how it stresses the system.Comment

To me it seems that Obama was hoping that the liberal press would over look his lies about Obamacare like they have overlooked so many other things. I never liked it, I knew it was a bad plan and I'm tired of the excuses. I'm convinced that no one knew exactly what was in the bill when they passed it, only that they thought it would be a legacy they wanted to be part of. Now we are stuck with a law that when all the delays that have been put on it by the president kick in, it's just going to get worse.
