When I was a kid we had to go to the museum of tolerance in LA. It was a mandatory field trip. No one complained over that.

you cannot compare the US and the UK, the US was multicultural from the beginning. Britain has over 2000 years of history, multiculturalism in the UK is a political thing that was forced on the population without consultation within the last few years and continues to happen despite overwhelming opposition.

nah, it's the fact our country is at bursting point that annoys me. Those kids are not racist for not going to the cultural event that is for sure since as others have said, Islam is not a race it is a religion.
