    Which GoPro for $300?

    I want to get somebody a GoPro for Christmas, but have no idea which model to get, they have so many different ones now. Want to spend $300. They would be using it primarily on their motorcycle, and possibly a drone of some sort in the future.

    Recommendations?

                                      I still have my GoPro 2 HD. It's still as good as it ever was.

                                      I dont dont if they still make the 2, but they are still very good camera. I use a scuba housing because it has a flat lens protector.

                                              Curious, whats the point of putting in on motobike? I mean you film the road and upload it somewhere and it is "interesting"? Or something else?

                                                          Best buy recently was selling the GoPro Hero Black for $249. The Hero Black PLUS is much much better in low light and is a bit smaller with longer battery life. It also has a sharper lens. I bought the Hero black but returned it and am ordering the Black Plus.

                                                              You can put a gopro almost anywhere and easily switch it between vehicles, or put it on a tripod.

                                                                                          I watched a few but had poor quality. I just ordered the GoPro3 black edition with lcd screen and a few other things. will see how it does shooting pov using professional lighting

                                                                                              There are tons of HD clips shot with a Gopro on YouTube. Just make sure you switch the vid to 720 or 1080.
