Forex is currency trading, there is about 4 trillion dollars traded daily. Binary Options is like financial gambling. If you do a call or put on whether the price of something is going to increase or decrease, like facebook shares, oil, gold, indices, stocks, etc...

Forex and binary options are similar to gambling in that traders can make money and lose just as much. It is seen as a cleaner industry than gambling and it is becoming very big.

Gambling CPA rates can vary from $50 to $200 and in some cases it can be higher than that. A lot of the forex and binary options CPA rates usually start around $200 and seems to be higher at around $400 with many programs offering promotions for $600 and the highest we have seen to date is $1000 CPA.
