    Do you use WhatsApp?

    Should it be a webmaster tool?

    For those running paysites, should you have it for customer contact as so many people use it?

    A lot of people do not use email, but do WhatsApp.

                                                              People that say SMS is better are so wrong

                                                              Not trying to promote whatsapp or anything, I have it and I use it sometimes, but, it's a lot more comfortable having a text conversation via WhatsApp than SMS.

                                                              Send sounds, sms, location, smiles basically anything you want. You can also talk with people around the globe (that's what I use it for mostly).

                                                              So yes, it's way better than SMS.

                                                                              i have viber for that stuff but facebook app keeps asking me on daily basis (which is wrong approach ;) to install whatsapp
