In today's society managing your child's internet access is a 24/7 job. It's not just managing it for the few hours both of you are home. The Internet is now everywhere :)

If you want to managed your kids access its simple
No internet phone, most phones bar 18+ content until you ring up and confirm your age or just give them a 90's phone for texting and calling.
and at school i doubt school computers will allow porn on them
That leaves home life, where its up to you as a parent to manage there access
Its not that hard, and its not 24/7 kids are a sleep 8 hours a night mostly...unless you let your kid stay up really late.
Most kids access porn at night when at home, because its the best time for them to do it..... privately at home.
