This is gonna come off as a racist observation, (I'm NOT) but in all the videos i saw kids punching were black and people getting knocked out were white. = race/hate crimes.

Nothing except mass extinction is going to help the human race. What is really needed to a good old fashion plague to really cut the world's population in half. When you look at the callous attitude most of these kids have toward this behavior -- and I'm talking about the ones interviewed because we all know the ones throwing the punches are scumbags -- you have to think that it starts at home.
A generation growing up with no regard for other humans minding their own business is something that needs to be stopped at the core of where it starts. A kid like this most likely has a an idiot parent, or isn't present enough to teach them right from wrong. Then these monsters grow up to raise another generation of monsters. Putting them in jail over and over won't solve shit in the long run. They need to never be born in the first place.
You have to have a license to do almost everything. Buy a gun, drive a car, go fishing/hunting, get married, etc. Why don't we need licenses to have children? Any morons with a reproductive system can squirt out their doomed at birth mongoloid brood. It should be law to pass a series of well designed tests to determine if you're fit mentally/emotionally or intelligent enough to raise a child who will grow up to be member of society that won't rob, rape or kill on a whim.
