Just seen this and thought I would share. I don't know how accurate it is but it would go along way to explaining why EMD, sites with keywords in the description / H2 or keywords in the URL don't rank as well as they used to.

This list is bullshit with.Social signals do not have any effect on your SERP,even Matt Cutts said that.It is good for traffic for sure,but a fb like will NOT boost your ranks.It is a theory that comes from the faggots over at sew who can stop praising article syndication (in late 2013)

Looking at it from the other point of view is how crap is Google at finding what you really want.

Back in the day it was easy to find freeware, now the pages google sends you to are covered in spyware shit.

Search engines havd failed to develop and are still very stupid

Since time on site or bounce rate is not in that list it's probably bullshit. Those things matter A LOT more than social media if it even matters at all.

keyword in url is bullshit as well, maybe not as strong as it was, but 100% bullshit that it's only 0.01, as well as all other "keyword in" factors.

I recommend to use http://www.accuranker.com to check your rankings, and import keywords from GWT.
It can also tell you how much traffic you are reiceiving to your landing pages as to which keywords as well.

That list is correct but it CANNOT be taken as list of rankings factors,just merely a some sort of statistic.I think i read somewhere how Cutts said how they reduced the effect of google plus due abuse,but not sure. The reason why facebook shares and +1 are on top of the list is since once you get rankings,you get traffic,and when you have good traffic,you get facebook shared and +1 automatically as well,after all when i before penguin had tons of se traffic had a tons of facebook shares as well.
And when it comes to keywords in title/url,they probably measured that on sites which had zero or little backlinks.
