It is easy to lock yourself into the idea that you cannot do it yourself but let me throw a couple of thoughts at you.

1. Your english is very good for a non native speaker. You could probably put together most of the text you need. Then go to the boards and see if you can find someone to help you polish it up. People are much more likely to be willing to do that for you for free or for a very low price then they are to lend you $400.

2. HTML is pretty damn easy to learn. You can put together a one or 2 page review from scratch in a few hours of work. You can pretty much learn the html you need insode of an hour or so. That takes care of your links out. As far as SEO goes, if your text is keyword rich and you use standard practices you will get decent return from the SEs. Then find some blogs that deal with the product (or product category) you are doing this for and smooth talk them into linking to you or using your text (with a link out to you of course). Setting up a facebook page is a snap. Getting people to the page is not as easy but far from impossible.

3. Just about any snap and shoot camera will produce a decent video these days. Make your own video, edit it up in Windows Movie Maker, put it up on Youtube and then embed the youtube video in your page. Don't have to mess with players or any of that stuff.

Granted, that means that you will have to do some work but you will learn a lot during the process and you will have $400 (and whatever interest you were going to have to pay) in your pocket when you are done.

That's my thoughts. So, you can continue to spend your time trying to convince people that you are trustworthy, etc. Or you can use that time and put something together on your own.
