No but I don't think I sent them enough this year to get one.

Last year I did, and it was weird, it came waaaaaay late, like in late march or early april, but the damn thing was postmarked Jan 31. Very odd.

They only have to send an 1099 if you made over $600 last year (2002). Under $600USD the company is not required to send an 1099. (http://www.irs.gov/faqs/page/0,,id%3D15966,00.html)

A 1099 is not really for your benefit. The form is filed with the IRS so they get a report of what you've earned.
