Same problem here, you would think that Processors would do this between 12 midnight and 3 am
So that we dont have trouble checking our stats in the mornings ???

They have put up a message now...

"We're sorry, but due to technical problems webmaster stats are currently down. Be assured that all data (signups & partner traffic) are being handled as normal. We will have the stats pages back up ASAP, (current estimate is 3:00 PST 3/3/2003 )"

They should put up the following message;

"Sorry you cannot access your money or even find out how much of your money we currently have in our accounts.

This is due to our entire board being the Bahamas screwing every hooker they can find.

Normal service will be resumed as soon as we feel like it."

I can access the reseller stats, but before that I get a bunch of dialog boxes that appear to be generated by a script.

Affiliates can still log in, by the way. I've even made a sale (just one, I don't do much business with that account) this morning, so apparently they are still processing at least some transactions.

Oh yeah, I get the same error messages, rowan, but since they have been popping up for at least a week and don't appear to affect anything, I'm just ignoring them. Hopefully when GloBill gets things sorted out, they'll take care of that, too.

I must have missed that "uptime" because the webmaster area appears to be down again.

I understand that they are adding a bunch of new features, and thats great, but perhaps an email memo for planned downtime would be nice.

On a brigher note, I get an email sent to a special box of mine for every signup I get and today that box has double the normal rate of signups... :D

So surfers appear to be having no problems signing up today!
