There was a news report on druge about this in Indiana... but the thing is, the exact same thing has/had been going on in Sacramento for the past month or so.
Small engine plane/s (usually one) buzzing around at whacky hours (sometimes after midnight)... circling.
Anyway I was curious if anyone else noticed this in their own cities?
