1) someone said 8 enemas, I believe it was only 3 enemas, 2 finger bang sessions and a colonoscopy.
2) The search warrant was not valid where the procedures took place. 3) The search warrant expired in the middle of the session, long before the colonoscopy was performed. I'd guess that the cops pretty much guaranteed the doctors they were going to find something, then when they didn't, kept pushing it further and further hoping to save face. I'd sue everyone, the judge, the cops, the police department, the hospital, the doctors, the state, fuck em all! due is probably pretty safe to start smuggling drugs up his ass now though, likely won't be getting searched again any time soon. |

Earlier this year in Milwaukee there was a goon squad of officers that were busted for doing cavity searches in the inner city. Last time I saw anything about the story, it said that all the cops were fired and the city of Milwaukee was getting out it's checkbook to compensate the victims. The man in New Mexico is going to win big on this. And he should.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I would trust a criminal over a cop any day of the week.

'UPDATE on the anal rape story: The police K-9 that signaled on Eckert?s car, named Leo, gives wrong signals ?pretty often,? reported KOB4 Eyewitness News. The dog wasn?t even certified in the state of New Mexico, and his certification had been expired since April 2011 ? well past the annual re-certification requirement.' it's the dogs fault, apparently, he hasn't been re-certified in years. |
So it's department policy to get warrants for anal searches following traffic stops? Traffic stops where no drugs were found in the car? So they search the drivers asshole?
I don't even know what to say. |

Drug dogs get it wrong 4 out of 5 times.. I can't BELIEVE a positive on a car seat was used in this manner.
http://www.smh.com.au/environment/an...211-1oprv.html My wife got "busted" by a drug dog at a major music festival here. Everyone else in the group was probably on illegal things but she is pure as the driven snow in these matters, hardly even drinks and she is the one pulled up by the stupid dog and searched by cops that wouldn't believe she didn't have anything on her. |

but after guns, anger, and big gorillas, i was out in under 5 minutes |
I was pretty high but I just laughed at the cops told them "good luck" and told my wife to meet me at one particular stage when they finished wasting their time. I wouldn't have normally left her (I actually waited on the other side of the barrier where they couldn't see me) but I wanted to show the cops how confident I was they were wasting their time so they'd let her go sooner.
Another time a friend had a couple of ecstasy pills (which are highly fragrant) in their pocket when the cops did a sweep of a nightclub, they didn't realize what was going on until too late and the dog was on them, the dog sniffed his pocket and moved onto the next person without so much as blinking.. One dog detects something on a person you couldn't force drugs onto, the other almost snorts some pills in a guy's pocket without detecting anything.. Ridiculous. |
