If enlarging the penis pixelates it, you can also try preserving the penis's size but shrinking the rest of the picture a bit.

Doc from LargeCash says you need higher end hardware/software than Photoshop and SuperGoo to make good monster cock manipulations. I still don't see why an SGI workstation and some $15,000 software would do a much better job than PS - how would some more expensive hardware and software handle the job of enlarging the cock that differently than PS? Now if you were going to model a new monster cock that's a different story.
Wonder how much per pic a good Photoshopper would charge to do a monster cock photo?
