I guessing there is like 5 or so dif types of software that run them all.

But:
1) it's 5 times more expensive than mine;
2) I have a very serious doubts that it can work with content automation scripts and extract images not from just posts only but from galleries, featured images and custom fields too;
3) it's not going to be extended, while I'm going to add as many popular adult pinboards as possible.

In normal way. sex.com allows you to set your own tags. So the plugin takes the post, extracts tags and category names, merges them together and passes them to sex.com (these you can add in "Add your own tags (optional):")

I'd like to add my two cents to this.

The plugin by NextScripts is not 5 times more expensive. I paid $49 per it and it does the job it's supposed to do with a few bugs that get corrected after they get reported.
Further it works pretty well with content automation scripts and is able to post images if you use the proper Wordpress plugins and got your act together on the server/WP side.
Aslo I can agree with you that the NextScripts plugin will not be extended towards adult networks as it was not meant for those but it did get at least 4 networks added in the past year.

Moving further to your plugin, you did a great job with it and I'd buy it if it had much more networks. For sex.com I simply add the Wordpress feed in my profile and it auto updates with one photo per day which is enough so far for me as I did not notice any traffic flood out of sex.com.

However if you'd ad more networks and keep the price decent then I'll be interesting in purchasing.

The adding RSS feed to sex.com is not that good solution. First of all, it (sex.com) doesn't pull it really often (some people report it has stopped pulling their feeds at all). The xPinner plugin allows to pin as many images a hour as you want. Furthermore, even old posts will be proceeded (while the RSS feed does contain only a few recent ones). And one more thing,with RSS feed you can't pin images stored in standard WP galleries (the [gallery] shortcode), featured images and images stored in custom fields (e.g. tube video thumbnails).

Actually they have no API, or I just don't know about it (nobody has shared any API with me). The plugin emulates a real human with a browser. It signs in via web forms, set cookies etc (in fact it's a bot). So if one of these board will change their interface, I'll just alter my code. Because everything that can be done via browser, can be emulated with a script (course if you know how to do that ;)).
