Yes, they are nofollow like Pinterest.com for example. But why do you ask?

I just read this thread and somewhere was mentioned a few times dofollow links, not sex.com specifically, but others. I wasn't sure if sex.com used to be dofollow and switched it to nofollow.

Just wanted to point out that sex.com and gay.sex.com is nofollow links. I found that out a few months back when I got traffic from them and had an affiliate posting there.

I see. Some pinboards there dofollow, some nofollow. Actually even nofollow ones can bring a good traffic, which is especially important right after the launch of a new website.

However some customers say that manteresting.com doesn't work anymore. I know about this issue and going to fix it as soon as I will be able too. Those two have implemented some additional anti-bot protection. Fortunately it's not very serious. The situation with sex.com is even worse - they have added a captcha to the image submit form. Sorry, but I have no solution for it.

So I'm not sure that xPinner will be still available for sale. Perhaps I'll have to close the project if other pinboards will implement some similar protection too.

I have always warned my customers to never abuse the pinboards and use large time intervals between posts (at least a few hours). But seems the people never listen to me and many still tried to post about 100's images a hour or so. As the result, the pinboards have started using anti-bot protection.

The greedy people will ruin any good idea...

P.S. I have suspended all new sales of xPinner.

Why don't you just change the time interval. I realized that after 10 pins it brings the captcha. If you just wait for about 30 minutes (this has to be verified if it was 30 minutes), I could pin another 10 pins. So just limit the bot to that time schedule for sex.com?
It is a pity that you do not offer it just for that reason.

Time interval is something what all customers can set on their own. I've always told the same thing: do not abuse the system and follow the rules. If I make the plugin to forbid all pins say every day, that won't fix the situation.

NextScripts is great, but xPinner has (or at least had) functionality that NextScripts does not. I've been missing the random back posts and I'm bummed you won't be updating xPinner. For the price you charged, I'm not complaining, just bummed. I liked what you did.

nope, from what i read, it pins your WP posts to pin sites.

if you add new post to you wp blog, then it gets added to pin sites like sex.com which in turn gives you backlink to your post on your wp site.

you can add another plugin, which can populate your site automatically with images, so this plugin will create pins for those posts.,
to pull free traffic.
