Probably my favorite "holiday" by far. Only thing that sucks is when it falls on a week day, especially Monday - Thursday, just like today. Saturday Halloween's are the best, it's a nice treat once every 6-7 years 
What's better than normal, everyday women wearing outfits out in public to pound down a few drinks that they wouldn't even wear in the bedroom for their lover.
Me, personally I LOVE to go out and enjoy the nightlife, if I could find a way to make a living off it, hands down I would... but haven't figured it out yet.
So those normal, stuck up snobby women let lose one day a year in a skimpy Dorthy outfit with their friends, all while pretending they are not playing the game of "who looks like the biggest whore." It's all about attention, we know it, but if you are looking for a time to show, now is it
I don't know what it is, but when you put on a some cheap, Chinese made banana costume to go out and party the night away with friends, all the day to day stress seems to just disappear for those few hours while you glance across the room to see who is dressed as a Christmas tree, all while trying to forget that scantly dressed woman you saw earlier with the hair legs...
