    Ex Girlfriend Revenge

In the current climate with all of the campaigning against this type of content, would it be a good idea for an affiliate to start promoting it?

You can promote legal ex-gf site.
I mean, you get the "revenge" concept, but the content is legal.

Considered that. Though how would you really know?

Check with the site owners... I have shot legal exgf since about 2008. Most sites now are in fact legal.

Ask them. Also ask about them here as well.

Stay away from any sites that have that "We are not subject to USA law" disclaimer etc.

Look for 2257 link, if they list correct contact info run with it, if anything comes up they would be inspected not you as your just an affiliate and based on their correct 2257 page you are to believe that their content/records is legal.
