Is there software that tracks what pages a member has viewed?

Was just wondering if there's a way for webmasters to see what pages of their website a particular member has been viewing, like a webpage history for particular members. I'd like to know which pages are most popular with certain members or if a member cancels, what the last page was that the member viewed before deciding to cancel membership.

Is it possible to do that?

Like google analytics you mean , setting a custom dimension that the user has logged in and then using that as an advanced segment/filter ? and perhaps a funnel where the goal is the cancel page?

Another good site to quantify traffic as well as seeing the recoreded hot spots/pages a surfer has viewed/clicked is clicktale.com.

Yes, that information is in your web server access log files.
