Costco started putting out Xmas decorations for sale here in September.
Walking through that day we were stunned to see that a Xmas tree. 6ft with lights was more than 600$

I never really understood stores and how they put their seasonal stuff.
It's not even Halloween, and I went looking for Halloween, but there is more Christmas stuff up than Halloween stuff. My wife - who worked twenty years in retail - tells me "this is what people are buying" this time of year. I disagree - I don't see people buying Christmas stuff yet. I just dropped $300 on Halloween stuff. Freaking Target didn't have jack shit - they have more Christmas stuff up - so I ended up buying stuff at Home Depot instead.
